It is our desire to do thing right that we’re proudly accredited to The Motor Industry Code of Practice for Vehicle Warranty Products; this Code is approved by Trading Standards and is administered by The Motor Ombudsman.

You should always contact us in the first instance, but The Motor Ombudsman do offer a simple, free and independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service and their team are available to discuss any query you may have should the need ever arise.
